| You may return new unopened (unused) items, with the exception of custom fabricated items, controllers and track braiding products, within ten (10) calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at info@teamwest-tec.com PRIOR to returning any items for an RMA number. Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be in the form of a store credit good toward any future purchase. Custom fabricated items and controllers are not eligible for refunds. Custom fabricated items include controller hookup panels, power taps and controller adapters. Track braiding products may be eligible for a refund - eligibility is at the sole discretion of Team West Tec. Team West Tec reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for eligible track braiding products. You are responsible for payment of shipping charges for returned items. A shipping service with delivery confirmation is recommended. Team West Tec will reimburse you for return shipping if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within thirty (30) calendar days of our receipt of returned items. |
